Sinikka Elfving is a Nordic painter, born in Finland, lives and works in Norway. She has a very strong connection to the nature. This is revealed in her art. When using symbols found in nature her art becomes lyrical, spiritual and expressionistic. She paints imaginary landscapes in the Arctic environment where she lives .She paints and draws sceneries while travelling. Tuscany’s beauty at different seasons reminds her of it how precious is life but so fragile at the same time.
